Will it really look like the preview?
Yes — the outline you approve is the exact path our cutter follows. Thickness varies slightly with filling (it's a pillow, not a machined part), and we say so before you pay.
What photos work best?
One clear subject, decent light, at least 1500px on the short side. We check resolution against your chosen size and warn you before it becomes a blurry regret.
How long does it take?
5–7 business days production plus shipping. We quote conservative dates and beat them — the opposite of the industry standard.
Can I return a custom pillow?
Custom items aren't returnable (nobody else wants a pillow of your dog). But if it doesn't match the preview you approved, we remake it free. That's the whole point of the preview.
